  1. PAYMENT PROVIDERS

  • Stripe
  • PayPal Holdings Inc.

Customer data required for payment processing is securely forwarded to the selected provider.

Payments are accepted in Euro (€).

Any conversion or bank fees must be paid by the customer.

  1. DELIVERY SPECIFICATION
  • Services/goods are delivered as described on the website.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
  • Customers are responsible for any government-applied taxes or import duties.
  1. RETURNS POLICY

  • Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • A tracking number is required for returned shipments.
  • Processing of returns may take up to 7 working days.
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment source.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 working days depending on bank processing.

If an item is used beyond normal evaluation, we may reduce the refund amount.

We may cancel orders with incorrect pricing due to technical error.

We are not responsible for defects caused during shipping.
